120,000 Trampolines Sold at Walmart Stores Recalled due to Injury Risks
Sportspower is expanding its recall of popular trampolines sold exclusively at Walmart stores due to a fall and injury hazard.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Sportspower has recalled approximately 120,000 BouncePro 14-foot trampolines sold at Walmart stores nationwide. This recall expands a previous recall of 92,000 trampolines from May 2012.
The recall affects BouncePro 14-foot trampolines with the model number TR-1686-TPR and the UPC codes 687064045552 or 687064042100. According to the CPSC Sportspower trampoline recall page, the trampolines’ enclosure netting can break, posing an injury risk.
There have been numerous reports of broken nets and related injuries, including broken bones, contusions, and back and neck injuries.
