Panel of physicians--Georgia Workers Compensation
There should be 6 different doctors on the employer's panel of physicians and the doctors must agree to accept payment from the employer's insurance company per the Georgia Workers Compensation fee schedule. One of the physicians must As an injured worker in Georgia, you do not have to pay the physician or pharmacy for medical treatment provided to you for an injury. Do not let the employer tell you where to go for medical treatment. You have a choice of which physician to select from their panel.
