Panel of physicians--Georgia Workers Compensation
If you are injured at work in Georgia, make sure that you ask your employer for a copy of the panel of physicians. This document is usually posted in a conspicuous place at your place of employment. It's posted in a break room near the time clock or in the supervisor's office on the wall and it is a rectangular pink form.
There should be 6 different doctors on the employer's panel of physicians and the doctors must agree to accept payment from the employer's insurance company per the Georgia Workers Compensation fee schedule.
