Woman Receives $3.5 Million in Medical Malpractice Suit - Monday, March 15, 2010
A New York woman was awarded $3.5 million in a medical malpractice lawsuit after a botched breast augmentation procedure left her disfigured. The woman had breast augmentation and a breast lift performed in 2003.
